What is the ideal capacity for an on-site experience?

Intimate salons work best at 12 to 30 guests. Conference activations scale to several hundred with additional perfumers on the floor.

What are the on-site logistics?

We arrive two hours before doors, need one 6-foot table per station, ambient light, and quiet. We break down within 45 minutes.

How long is a typical program?

Executive salons run 60 to 90 minutes. Conference activations run in 20-minute rolling sessions across a half or full day.

Do you accommodate dietary or scent sensitivities?

Yes. Our materials are IFRA compliant, and we brief guests in advance so anyone can opt out gracefully.

Can the experience be co-branded?

Yes. Custom scent briefs, packaging, and gifting are available for larger engagements.

What is the lead time?

Six to eight weeks is ideal. Rush engagements are possible for board-level requests.
